Qatar landscaping with building under construction, Qatar 2017
During my artist in residence in Qatar at “Fire station”, works is based on photographs, reworking the images digitally. printing with laser ink on recycled paper, following which I paint over them with watercolors to recreate realistic visual concepts. This process allows me to evoke realistic scenes that add a poetic dimension to the way I recreate my experience of moving in the middle of the city.
